Job Description

Position: IT Help Desk Specialist

Compensation: $20 - 30 /hour, depending on experience

Location:  Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to support a high-impact Workday go-live and help employees navigate a major system transition. You’ll provide front-line support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong service, clear communication, and quick problem-solving will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide first-line support by phone, chat, and ticketing system
• Assist with Workday navigation and employee self-service questions
• Troubleshoot basic user issues using knowledge articles and documentation
• Log, update, and manage support tickets accurately
• Escalate complex technical or functional issues to the proper teams
• Support users during a high-volume go-live and hypercare period
• Identify recurring issues and share knowledge base improvement ideas

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2+ years of help desk, service desk, or Level 1 support experience
• Experience supporting users through phone, chat, or ticketing tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and support processes quickly
• Experience documenting incidents in an ITSM platform
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
• Availability to work onsite in Lakewood, Colorado
• Ability to work assigned shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior Workday support experience
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise applications
• Experience with go-live, hypercare, or command center support
