Busy, established physician-owned independent private practice (non-private equity) is looking for a motivated podiatrist to join our 3-doctor team as our 4th physician . We have two main office locations in Lee's Summit and Belton, Missouri , serving the greater Kansas City area.

Opportunity Includes:

• $180,000-$300,000+ compensation with productivity/bonus structure

• Elective foot & ankle surgery

• Complex reconstruction & limb salvage

• Diabetic foot and wound care

• Hospital and outpatient surgery

• Hospital call 1 weekend per month

Advanced In-Office Technology & Procedures:

• In-house ABI/vascular testing

• SWIFT® microwave therapy

• MLS® laser therapy

• Dedicated in-office MIS surgical suite

• Minor procedure room with mini C-arm fluoroscopy

• In-office split-thickness skin graft harvesting capabilities

• Broad ability to perform advanced office-based procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited institution; completion of a CPME-accredited podiatric surgery residency (e. g., PMSR/RRA)

• Board-certified or board-eligible in podiatric surgery by an appropriate certifying board.

• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted podiatric license in the state of Missouri and appropriate hospital privileges.

• Surgical training appropriate for a full-scope foot and ankle practice

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent patient care

• Team-oriented with an interest in long-term practice growth and potential ownership

• Ability to relocate before the starting date: February 2027
