Midwest Pool Management is hiring Front Desk Attendants for the upcoming summer season at facilities throughout the Kansas City area.Front Desk Attendants play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for guests, supporting daily front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, friendly, and comfortable handling transactions in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & PaySchedule: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysEmployment Type: Part-time, Seasonal (May–September)Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hourQualifications18 years of age preferred, but not requiredCustomer service experience in retail, food service, or hospitality preferredDependable, positive, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to accept guidance and supervisionStrong communication and customer service skillsAvailability May through September, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportationResponsibilitiesAdmit pool patrons quickly and accuratelyBasic math skills, including the ability to calculate totals and provide accurate changeAbility to handle cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and responsiblyRedeem coupons and process payments correctlyCount and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shiftsGreet guests as they enter and exit the facilityAnswer guest questions and escalate concerns to management when necessaryResolve guest concerns professionally and provide relevant informationMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk areaKeep accurate records and reports of transactionsPerform additional duties as assignedCertifications & TrainingTraining is provided and must be successfully completed prior to working
