Summary

This week we had a great time at The New Zealand National Agricultural Fieldays® find out who we spoke to and which interviews you can listen to that will be coming out by themselves very very soon.

There was a story about the Freemasons this week in the news, someone broke in and stole their human skull and ceremonial marbles which leaves us with a lot of questions, questions we didn’t ask the Freemasons at Fieldays.

Xero had a strange policy around their early morning coffee, we get it, but we didn’t get coffee, instead we ended up at LIC who hooked us up with some great coffee and tasty treats.

We spoke to some awesome people at Fieldays. We didn’t interview everyone, so make sure to check out these people, links will be below:

FlocknSave – We spoke to Colin about this great idea where buyers and suppliers come together to negotiate the best rates for farm needs.

Fertwise – Kayol at Fertwise was doing some good things with elemental fertilisers and will be a company to look at in the future as they move into great accountability practices.

Cat Phones – The toughest phones you can get, no case needed. Just a tough phone for tough people. The top of the range version even comes with thermal imaging, the first phone to do so and it is really awesome.

Speedwelder – Stephen at Speed Welder showed us the many benefits on the Speed Welder attachment that goes on the end of a standard heat gun and allows you to fix broken plastic products easily and cheaply.

Para Rubber in Hamilton really helped us out this week, they are the place to go if you are after some rubber or foam in our case. Really helpful and friendly and made it so we looked good at Fieldays.

Last episode Chris mentioned the podcast “What Trump can teach us about Con Law” Sam listened to a couple of episodes and gives his feedback on it.

We got told to listen to another podcast, and we have just started to work our way through an episode of Those Conspiracy Guys, find out why we are struggling to get through some of the episodes.

We talk about how ANZ has been destroying parking machines all around Wellington lately, and our podcast is now available on Iheartradio which is exciting.

Sam tells Chris about Philip the cat and the crazy car ride he has been on very recently. And keeping with the animal theme, Chris tells Sam all about the MPR Raccoon story.

We discuss the dinosaur hunting game that is out now, Jurassic World Alive, which sounds like it could be a fun game.
